Who can open an account with Craft Collective Homegrown?
Craft Collective Homegrown serves licensed retailers, bars, restaurants, package stores, and venues throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Accounts must hold a valid alcohol license in their operating state.

How do I set up an account?
You can apply to become a customer by completing our online account form here. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you to review licensing details and get you set up with a dedicated sales representative.

Do you distribute non-alcoholic beer and beverages in Massachusetts and Rhode Island?
Yes! Our non-alcoholic beverage portfolio includes NA beer, wine, functional beverages, and other alcohol-free options. We also distribute hemp-derived beverages in Rhode Island, in accordance with state regulations.

Do you distribute kegs?
Yes, we deliver kegs to licensed on-premise accounts throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

How do I place a wholesale order with Craft Collective Homegrown?
Customers can work directly with their dedicated sales rep or order any time by downloading the DSDLink app or visiting dsdlink.com. We make it easy to build a lineup tailored to your business.

What is your delivery cutoff?
Orders must be submitted by 5PM the day prior to your delivery day.

What is your delivery minimum?
Our delivery minimum is $500 (off premise), or $250 (on premise).

How can I pay?
We accept payment via check, TermSync, credit/debit card, or money order.

Do you provide POS materials?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of POS materials to support brand visibility and in-store merchandising.

Do you offer in-store tastings?
Yes! Our trained brand ambassadors are available to conduct tastings in your store. Ask your rep to set up a tasting.
