Graft Cidery

Graft was created by siblings Kyle & Sara Sherrer to develop a new kind of cider company. Their concept was two-fold: paying respect to old-world style of cider making while simultaneously experimenting with modern brewing techniques. All of Graft’s ciders employ century-old European traditions of using wild yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. They then harness the flavor profiles created from this style of natural cider and develop unique and innovative styles which take a nod from some of the best craft beer producers in the world. Acknowledging the relationship between craft beverages and art, part of Graft’s mission is to highlight the talents of local artists and weave them into their unique style of tart cider. Partnering with local Baltimore artist Caleb Lin, this exciting new cidery is able to tell stories through each and every can. These colorful, storybook-inspired images pull the viewer in, and allow them to expand upon the scenes in their head. Follow heroes Nomad and Dog in the trenches of galactic battles, neon casinos and mystic jungles throughout the imaginative, fruited series Book of Nomad. Wander through cryptic Cloud City where the spirit of each unique flavor is melded into the theme of its specific district.
