Queen City Brewery

Paul Hale, Managing Partner and Brewmaster, founded Queen City Brewery in 2012 along with partners Paul Held, Phil Kaszuba, and Maarten and Sarah van Ryckevorsel. As long-time friends and home brewers with a fondness for traditional beer styles, QCB represents the culmination of nearly 30 years of recipe formulation and research (i.e., beer trips to Europe).
