The Nitro Cart

The Nitro Cart, located in Providence, RI, got its start in the summer of 2016 as a mobile nitro cold brew cart. What started as a small project in a cluttered basement quickly evolved after Rhode Islanders got a taste of their coffee. The Nitro Cart uses a local roaster in Southern Rhode Island to create their chocolatey-tasting nitro cold brew, which is brewed in small batches to ensure quality and taste. Their team is more like a big group of friends who happen to love nitro just as much as founders Audrey & Sam. Along with their mobile coffee carts, they have a shop, The Nitro Bar, located on the West Side of Providence.
