Brasserie de Blaugies

Brasserie de Blaugies is a small, traditional, and family brewery. All of the beers that they brew are unfiltered and are undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle. The adventure began with Pierre-Alex Carlier and Marie-Noelle Poutrois, the parents. Their first mash was made on 24th March 1988. Eventually, Kevin, the eldest son, got a degree in biotechnology. He is now runs the brewery with Berangere Deschamps, his wife, and Claude, his father-in-law. They plan to continue as an exclusively family-owned-and-operated business for as long as possible.
