Brasserie de la Senne

Brasserie de la Senne is at the origins of a new wave of craft beer in Brussels, Belgium. They have been working at, among other things, encouraging the taste for well-hopped beers across Europe. In addition to hoppy ales, they produce barrel-aged mixed fermentation beers, as well as beers refermented with local Brettanomyces yeast.

De la Senne aims to brew beers of character that are well-balanced while maintaining a unbreachable standard for quality and consistency, absence of compromise, and totally natural production.
