Located on a 30-acre former dairy farm in Salem, Connecticut, Fox Farm brews with a focus on hop-forward ales, bright lagers, and thoughtful farmhouse beers. With budding fruit-growing, barrel-aging, and spontaneous fermentation programs, they hope to shine a light on a side of beer that holds a unique connection to the land from which it’s born.
