Caroline Ledédenté is a vetran of the Parisian natural wine scene, helming wine lists at Clown Bar and Sauvage. She trained in the Jura before acquiring parcels in Bugey.
She cuts an indelible impressoin: a sophisticatd ex-Parisian somm, whipping her 4-wheeler through the rugged cliff-edged valleys of Bugey. Caroline and her wines are pre-packaged for cult status in Paris and Tokyo.
But perhaps most striking is a balance of unbridled ambition and incredible attention to detail. Her winemaking process shows deep thoughtfulness, artistry, and a deft touch.
