Our vineyards rise to 680 feet from the bottom of Cayuga Lake where the panoramic view reflects our unfettered and adventurous vision for our winemaking process.

We use a variety of earthenware vessels combined with innovative technology to extract the purest qualities found in every grape. Discover uncommon varieties to the Finger Lakes, and enjoy wines crafted in unexpected styles.
